Assistant Professor Sharon Sanders has a background in podiatry, working in the public health system for twelve years before studying clinical epidemiology and joining the Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine at the University of Queensland. She is currently a member of the Centre for Research in Evidence Based Practice at Bond University and part time PhD Candidate. The aim of her PhD is to examine and explain aspects of the application and use of prediction rules for diagnosis in clinical practice.
